The First Baptist Church of Glencoe, AL, exists to bring glory to God through lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are a community of people who don’t want to just do church, we want to be the Church. By our obedience to the Word of God through the Holy Spirit’s infilling and empowerment we desire to be a living, healthy and powerful testimony of the body of Christ for His glory. Renew Campaign Update As a result of the business meeting held June 14, we, as a church, agreed to move forward and do what is necessary to get the “have to dos” done. We are moving forward with obtaining the loan necessary to get started. Work on the West wall is scheduled to begin July

Too often serving in the church nursery can seem like a thankless job. One of the key tasks for children’s ministry leaders is to help volunteers understand their importance. With that in mind, I offer these following 7 reasons why serving in the church nursery is important. Reason #1 God is in the church nursery.
